With direct boating access, a private dock, and a boat lift, this exceptional waterfront home is ideal for guests who would like to bring their own boat or have a rental boat delivered directly to the dock.
This spacious two-story home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an additional upstairs living room with 2 sleeper sofas. With approximately 3,643 sq. ft. of fully air-conditioned living space, VILLA MARIA comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
The outdoor area is designed for a true Florida vacation experience. Guests can enjoy a large screened pool area and lanai with outdoor dining for 12, a TV, multiple lounge areas, and a resort-style heated pool with a sunshelf, waterfalls, fire features, and spa. The expansive marble pool deck offers plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, or spend time with family and friends.
The outdoor area is also perfect for cooking and entertaining. Guests can use the BBQ grill or griddle grill, ideal for preparing the fresh catch of the day. Additional loungers are available around the pool, along the seawall, and near the dock.
Inside, VILLA MARIA impresses with an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, butler’s pantry, breakfast bar, breakfast nook, formal dining area, and a comfortable living room with a large sectional and smart TV. Expansive sliding glass doors open directly to the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
The ground floor includes the primary suite with a king-size bed, spacious closets, and an ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, dual vanities, toilet, and bidet. Two additional bedrooms are also located on the main level, both featuring king-size beds. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, which may also serve as a guest or pool bath. VILLA MARIA offers outdoor furniture, a terrace, washer, dryer, BBQ grill, griddle grill, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, hair dryers, balcony, indoor whirlpool bathtub, central heating, air conditioning throughout the home, private heated swimming pool, garage and parking on the spacious driveway, mosquito screens throughout the home, and 7 TVs.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything guests need for a comfortable stay.
Grill & Propane Policy
A $50 cleaning fee applies for use of the BBQ grill or griddle grill.
Two propane tanks are included: one tank under the grill with at least ¼ fill level and one full replacement tank. When a tank is used or exchanged, guests are kindly asked to refill it before departure.
If our property manager takes care of the refill, a $45 fee applies, including travel and refill.
