Sailboat access to the Caloosahatchee River is just 15 minutes away, with excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Life doesn’t get much better than this!
The upscale kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage, and an oversized kitchen peninsula with a breakfast bar that seats six. The dining room, with its large windows overlooking the waterfront, seats eight, while the spacious living area features a huge sectional, additional seating, and an oversized flat-screen TV - perfect for enjoying each other’s company in style.
The expansive pool deck spans the full width of the house and is covered by a wide-spaced screen. The large pool, ideal for laps, also has a shallow area for children to play or for simply relaxing. An additional deck, level with the seawall, provides even more space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. The newly constructed Captain's Walk and Boat Dock are perfect for boating enthusiasts.
