SEASIDE COTTAGE is located centrally in northern Southwest Cape Coral. A short drive from Matlacha, a keywest-style artsy Island on the road to Pine Island. The charming vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 6 guests and a large fenced in yard with Southern exposure.
SEASIDE COTTAGE is newly remodeled and offers 2246 SF of living space under air. Enjoy the large pool with skin-friendly saltwater technology. The pool has the option to be heated electrically. The pool deck offers space for sunchair and is protected by a screen cage. The spacious patio area has a section with lounge chairs and a dining table that seats 6.
Outside of the screened area are 2 paved sections, one for additional sunchairs and another with firepit and Adrion deck chairs.
The front yard has several fruit trees that you are free to pick if in season. You have the choice of the following fruits: lime, mango, logan (like lychee), avocado, guava, and fig.
The wonderfully spaced home has several living areas and welcomes you well equipped, light and comfortably designed. The entrance area opens to seating and den, to the left a dining table with 6 chairs. All floors are laminate or tile, ideal for people suffering from allergies. The white kitchen is fully equipped and has an island with a breakfast bar, 6 stools and a small breakfast nook with seating for 2. The kitchen opens to the family room with big and comfortable sectional and large flatscreen TV with soundbar, ideal for movie nights. The open concept allows you to enjoy your company. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, furthermore a laundry room with sink, washer, and dryer.
SEASIDE COTTAGE offers complimentary high-speed internet, house, pool & beach towels, a second set of bedlinens for every bed. Outside you will find a barbeque griddle grill. Relax on the sun chaises outside and the covered lounge area.
The Master suite, located on the right side of the house, offers sliding doors that open completely towards the pool deck. It’s equipped with a king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, shower, water closet and walk in closet.
On the left side behind the living areas are 2 more bedrooms of the hallway that share a bathroom. The bathroom has access to the pool area and offers a sink, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom to the east has a king-size bed, TV and walk-in closet. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV and walk-in closet. The garage is not for use but there is lots of parking space along the circular driveway.
Enjoy the electrically heatable pool withing the screen enclosure, to be close to nature but nature not to close to you.

Quiet neighborhood, clean and well stocked house, pool was great, outdoor space was great. SW Cape Coral had lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Due to heavy high season traffic, it took about an hour to get to Ft Myers beach. Very clossee more

very minor things could be addressed - toilet paper holder in master bath is very loose on wall, stovetop has damage to glass surface (still works), screen on front entrance doesn't close easily

Great house for the price in a good neighborhood. The location is close to restaurants and other shopping. Very comfortable and clean. Response from Aloha was excellent they were very accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I thought the electric charge was very high. $458 per month and we didn't even use the pool or adjust the heat/air. With our allowance, our cost was still $258. That is at least 3 times what we pay in Ohio.

Regarding the higher-than-expected electrical charges, typically such costs are incurred when both the pool heater and AC are simultaneously set to heating mode. Otherwise, the charges would be considerably lower. While it's true that electricity costs have risen, we acknowledge that this seems particularly high for a four-week stay. We'll certainly look into this matter further to ensure everything is accurately accounted for. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
