With western exposure, a spacious pool area, and plenty of lounge chairs and seating options, it’s the perfect spot to gather and relax, all within the protection of a screened enclosure. This home is ideal for a family or group of up to 6 people, with each of the 3 bedrooms featuring a king-size bed.
Light-filled and airy, this beautifully furnished home spans 1,970 sq ft on one level, with tiled floors throughout. PARADISE PALMS will make you feel right at home with its open-concept great room, luxurious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar. The dining area is perfect for group meals or game nights, and sliding doors lead directly to the inviting pool area. Unwind on the comfortable couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV.
The primary suite offers a private, luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, sliding doors to the patio, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and dual vanities. Bedroom 2 is accessible from the hallway off the kitchen and dining area and also features a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, sliding doors with views of the pool, and a closet. The adjacent bathroom serves both Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 and doubles as a pool bath, with a shower, dual vanities, and a toilet.
Bedroom 3 is similarly appointed with a king-size bed, TV, and closet.
The expansive screened-in pool area is perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. We have stayed at 5 different places in Cape Coral over the years and this place is so nice that we have booked again. The West exposure gives you all the sunlight in the afternoon to enjoy the pool. Very quiet, peaceful place. The house is not very see more
