The living room with large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating for cozy hours. The living area has sliding doors to the patio and pool deck. Bedroom 2, on the South side with Lake views, includes a king-size bed, dresser, chair, tv and closet. Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin-beds and a closet. Both share bathroom 2 with sink walk in shower and toilet.

The outside dining table offers seating for 6 also a barbecue grill for outdoor eating pleasures. SW Florida’s evenings hours are usually mild and warm as well. Enjoy the outdoors at all times protected by the screened cage around the outdoor pool deck. The pool has a bench and little table and enough space to swim and play. The pool can be heated electronically.
